NO. IIRC a GUI'ed clone of NASM, designed for ReactOS, but rejected :-(

FASM, YASM, MASM32 (crap), OctASM (test yourself), DJASM (junk) , ...

GoAsm...Very good and extensive 32/64 bit support. Nice documentation.

NASM is probably the best all-around 32/64 bit asm.
