hey I got the nasmw stuff. I have no clue how to open it what do I do I'm totally now plz help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Run cmd.exe.
Then type nasm.exe -h.
Or nasmw.exe -h, if that's what you've got.

Also, read the NASM manual.

After that you're allowed to ask more questions.  :)
