where are the original examples and macros?

nobody:
i seem to remember nasm coming with some example code and macros, for making pe,elf,coff files ect

i've downloaded nasm-0.98.39-win32.zip and
nasm-0.98.39-xdoc.zip and these files are not here
i cant see and other examples or macros package on the sourceforge download page?
