I'm writing a macro, and I want to know how I can get the size of a operand from the macro, for example.
somemacro 1, byte 2, word 3
How I do from the macro to know wich size corresponds to %1, %2, and %3?

I don't think that the NASM preprocessor
is currently powerful enough to achieve
what you want.
