Title: I just found that Microsoft publicly released the source code for old DOS!

For DOS versions 1.25 and 2.0, Microsoft has publicly released both the compiled binaries (COM and EXE files), as well as the source code, on their official Github account. You can download them here.

The question is: Why M$ never released MS-DOS 6 or Windows 3.1 sources? (and never will!)
