Title: Can't compare at utf/error file stdout (for all tests) in Ubuntu
Post by: dalfonso01 on May 03, 2014, 07:28:51 PM
Hi,
I was building the latest build in ubuntu, but I get this message for every test, so I suspended the install to know how to get the the tests working before.
Any idea?

Thanks

I don't know what to think about that. It sounds like a problem with the way the tests are being run, rather than an actual bug in Nasm. I think you could go ahead with the install, but I hate to tell you to ignore error messages. Sometimes they indicate a real problem!

I'll see if I can find out any more about it. Feel free to post any more information you've got. Thanks for the feedback.

Best,
Frank

Hi,
I think so too, but as I have a version running, will retain the packaged one until the test will run.

I have no other info as it simply shows that for every test and finishes.

Thanks in advance
